Cons. Like any young organization, Xometry is still working to establish a company culture. Some teams have stronger bonds than others which makes it easier to work through challenges. Disgruntled employees seem to have a warped perception of the demands of the business --which aren’t unique to Xometry.The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Xometry (Bethesda, MD) in 4/1/2024. The interview process was extremely unorganized and had no direction I felt as though I had to entertain my interviewers rants to stay on their good side instead of talking about my experiences. Xometry makes the entire process very easy. This order went very smoothly and was delivered on time. All parts were 100%. If you want a really useful review, though, I have had issues with parts, in the past. Xometry's response and customer service is top-notch.
