I purchased a JD 535 baler this summer older but nice, it has a net wrap system on it, but was never used, this is a fact. My problem is it's not consistant with wrapping the bale, when it does they ….

JD 535, gate latches open too far. New to me via auction JD 535 round baler. So far I just have the operators manuals for it. Starting to go through all the grease points, adjustments, etc... The gate latches are way out of adjustment. The manual says no bigger than an 1/8th of inch gap. These appear to be pushing 1".Wore out two more 535's, two 567's and the current 568 has 17,000 bales on it. All were good balers, but the price of the upgrade has been worth it on everyone. As far as bale quality, the 535 with good belts is very comparable to a 567 or 568. The real difference is in productivity and reliability.
