No. You cannot restore items from prior to the transfer. GMs might be able to restore quest rewards since there's a record of you completing said quest, but the self-help item restoration will only go back to when the character was created on the new realm. Looks like those were disenchanted within the last 2 days or so. It likely will remain available for restoration for a few weeks still. You can submit a ticket here .
