They take 80/90 gear oil, any brand that's ok for limited slips will do and they hold very little, 1 liter will change the oil front and rear with oil to spare. You fill em until it comes out of the fill plug, I dont know the amount but it's so little I change mine spring and fall.For the rear diff, it is even easier since the fill and drain plugs are easier to access.
