Coolant leaking from engine block

It is at the engine right side (close to the oil filter). See the drawings from the service manual: You can see three metal plugs in the engine block. The one closer to the engine front (right on pictures) is where the leak is coming from. I cannot find in the service manual what those plugs are for to diagnose the problem..
