The inventory editor that I use is called "Gibbed" which you can download here. There is also the Cheat Engine trainer which I have no link for currently so your best bet is to use Gibbed to load your save file and change your player level.The cheats available online are mostly only usable on the launch version of the game, and only the US version. Finding that specific version of Borderlands 2 to download at this point is next to impossible. My advice is to google glitches that are still available in the game and use those, VitaCheat is a nightmare to use in Borderlands 2 on Vita.
