Reading through countless mod comments I've seen people unable to use certain mods due to them using Vortex and not BG3 mod manager. This guide is written under the assumption that you will use BG3 mod manager as majority of the mod authors will expect you to. -Always backup your saves (make clean saves) before adding more mods.I recommend the BG3 Mod Manager, but Vortex should work fine as well. Since I don't use it, I won't be providing instructions on how to use it. Download the file using the Manual Download button and save to wherever you like. Start BG3MM.
