But the fairlead partially covers the lower winch mounting bolds so I cannot mount the fairlead before the winch. I went with the Grimm Off Road winch plate, and the Apex 12k. Worked out great. I did have to relocate the wires from the back of the control box on the winch to the side. Coming out of the back it was tight against the grill and though it might have been fine I didn't like it.
